Exploring a new model of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents majored in medical laboratory through combination of medicine and engineering

Abstract


The development of science-technology and technology and society, the increase of employment pressure enforce medical schools to explore new teaching modes to solve new pressure and challenges. Our college combined medical industry and trade, and explored a new mode of medical laboratory cultivation of entrepreneurial talents, through: (1)changing the personnel training concept and identifying education target;(2)combining medicine and engineering to provide conditions for career-creation, constructing the career-creating supporting system, providing a cross-majors practice time and money for career-creation; (3)optimizing the assessment requirements, etc. to widen cultivating pathways, proved that combination of medicine and engineering is a new model of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents majored in medical laboratory.
