Theory on the significance of electing English lesson representative in college English class

This paper first points out some problems of the college English teaching, and then puts forward an effective way to solve the problem. That is electing English Lesson Representative. This paper also clarifies the concept of election and expounds the historical background of the electoral system, and then it discusses the significance of electing English Lesson Representative in College English class from the following aspects: the autonomous consciousness, social competitiveness, humanized management, self-management ability, English national culture and "Justice Group" effect.
