Pressure analysis and countermeasure of radiotherapy technicians work

Abstract


Through the analysis of various sources of pressure in face of radiotherapy technicians work, a variety of countermeasures are proposed to alleviate the pressure of radiotherapy technician, technician can be better to provide patients with high-quality medical services.
