Results: the HAMA scores in observation group were better than those in the control group, the incidence of postoperative urinary retention was significantly lower than the control group, postoperative morbidity and exhaust time are of no significant difference between the two groups, but the overall trend in the observation group is lower than the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups.
