Research of the Estradiol Valerate Clinical effect in the course of drug termination of pregnancy

Abstract


Objective: To prove the basis for clinical application, observe the clinical effect of Estradiol Valerate in the case of drug termination of 10 ~ 14 weeks pregnancy. Methods: 64 cases of women who had pregnanted for 10 ~ 14 weeks, and had done termination of pregnancy by drugs in our hospital. Research group 33 cases, 31 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with routine medication. The research Group on the basis of the control group, At the same time taking mifepristone plused Estradiol Valerate. Observed the two groups’ beginning bleeding time, time of total abortion process, the amount of bleeding. Results: The bleeding volume in the research group was significantly less than that of the control group; There were differences between the two groups' time of total abortion process, and the amount of bleeding.Conclusion: Estradiol Valerate can effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the course of abortion in the course of drug termination of pregnancy.
